How many of us get to the dessert and say no to our favourite course to avoid that guilt feeling?

Thats not me anymore since I found out that desserts not only can be but ARE HEALTHY.

Here is my recipe to this AMAZING & DELICIOUS Tiramisu Treats. It is composed of 3 Layers so let me indicate from bottom to top how does the creation works. 

For the entire recipe we use *coldpressed coffee:
Soak coffee beans in water overnight, strain the coffebeans and use the liquid.

LAYER #1: BISCUIT CRUST

  • 1 CUP RAISINS

  • 1 CUP WALNUTS

  • 3 TABLESPOONS *COLDPRESSED COFFEE

Blend all ingredients together in a blender and blend until a ball is formed. Lay and press the ingredient into the base of a container and set aside into the fridge to cool. 
 

LAYER #2: COCONUT CAKE CREAM

  • 1 CUP RAW CASHEWS (soaked in water for 8 hours)

  • 1/4 CUP SHREDDED COCONUT

  • 1/4 CUP COLD PRESSED COCONUT OIL

  • 1/2 CUP COCONUT NECTAR/ AGAVE SYRUP

  • 1/2 CUP COCONUT WATER

  • 1 SPOON LIQUID VAINILLA EXTRACT

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add the mixture to the base of the container and set in the freezer.

LAYER #3: CREAMY CACAO MOUSE

  • 1 CUP RAW CASHEWS (soaked in water for 8 hours)

  • 1/4 CUP SHREDDED COCONUT

  • 1/4 CUP COLD PRESSED COCONUT OIL

  • 1/2 CUP COCONUT NECTAR/ AGAVE SYRUP

  • 1/2 CUP COCONUT WATER

  • 1 TABLESPOON LIQUID VAINILLA EXTRACT

  • 1 TABLESPOON CACAO POWDER

  • 5 DATES (pips removed)

  • 1 PINCH HIMALAYAN SALT

Blend all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. Place the mousse in the freezer over the previous layers and set for 2 hours. 

LAYER #4: ESPRESSO

  • 1/3 COCONUT OIL (MELT)

  • 1/3 CUP COCONUT NECTAR/ AGAVE SYRUP

  • 1/4 CUP CACAO POWDER

  • 4 TABLESPOON COLD-PRESSED COFFEE*

  • 1 TABLESPOON LIQUID VANILLA

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until melt together and set in the freezer overnight. You can also add this during the morning or before eating if you prefer the chocolate to be melted.  

As for TOPPINGS you can add raw cacao powder on top or you can add some coconut chips.
