OH MEN! 

I am the only one here who has been feeling fucking grumpy, emotional, unstable, depressive and just mad at the world?

I don't know if it was the moon or just my hormones but it hit me hard BUT Let me tell you something. 

It only was better when I decided to make it better. Yeah... what do I mean? We shape our world and the way to see it. It is a decision. Once I took the decision to be positive and see everything as an opportunity things just started to unfold with more ease or at least that's how they are feeling. 

For those who might still be in that negative mindset, I decided to share this delicious breakfast recipe that will make you indulge like on a healthy ice cream for breakfast. 

BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL

1 cup Almond Milk/ Oat Milk
1 Frozen banana
1/2 cup ice
1/2 tablespoon Almond Butter
1 teaspoon Maca (optional superfood that gives you energy and balances hormones)
1 teaspoon Raw Chocolate Powder (not in the picture recipe) 

Toppings:

1/2 banana sliced
2 tablespoons Granola
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
 

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender, serve in a bowl and then add toppings :)
